even though the American goevernment could have bought out all fo the bad debts but they did not. its those elites that control and everything, prollly them responsible for the meltdown so they can get more money like this bailout.

The American car companies are asking for a handout now too. If I were the government I'd bail two and leave one to sink as an example. The American car companies have to be the worst out there, after years of putting out garbage quality cars and then continuing to peddle the "Big car is American" and "everyone should drive a car" myths to stay in business and refuse to innovate and stay competitive...

They should be ashamed and embrassed for what they've become. Henry Ford is rolling in his grave at this moment for the joke American car companies have become.
