why do we have a nation advertising like that

I was wondering the same. I think its the same person who last set had the name TRIBALWARS DOT NET. In other games I play, people get banned for advertising other games or websites ingame. I really don't see a reason why it should be legal to advertise competition ingame unless we are getting paid for it.
