you failed to mention you have to click the "Satellite" button in the link you provide in order to get the visual of the swastika looking base. That took me a few minutes to figure out, haha. I wonder if that's a coincidince?

there is a story behind it. when it was built a long time ago..they knew it ended up looking like that, just didnt do anything about it because it isnt visible from the ground. now with google earth etc.. they have to change it. gonna cost them 600K

Anyway, the swastika is an old religious symbol - mainly used in Hinduism and other Asian based religions - so no need to be alarmed. Probably just an Indian architect who needed inspiration for the building plans...
