they should be disciplined of else you don't know if your representative is actually the one speaking for their district. All the people they have on camera doing that should be fined a certain amount that comes out of their pocket.

truth be told, its the weak azz ones that are not even there to vote that is the problem. if these guys took their jobs seriously and were there to vote, then the other problem would clear itself up!
