Lets say I get a few an nations...by nowdays rules it makes 4...then i, well, we, declare on WLF and just start hitting their top states out of top, lets say, 20, purely example, and we ourselves take into top 20. So by the standards we would be using this declerations to advance rank by removing enemy, so to say, states.
