my friend got this:

I just got that, extra 3k inf

If you get this random it's 0.1 x whatever inf you already have.

So if you have 500,000 inf you would draft and extra 50k infantry.

My original idea was to make it draft from your population. (which is the way a real draft is) but i decided to go this way for now.. This may change down the road if we see fit.
