I commonly don't care. It's also common courtesy not to feed, and set up agreements to sell things and certain times at certain prices. But it still happens! And I don't complain about it.

You are correct that if they weren't in GRIM then no one would say anything b/c it wouldn't be you giving your nation mates GB. Or from the looks of it you being a crappy nation mate and screwing your own guys over for your gain.
