Once a cheater always a cheater. His scores should be deleted....

I didn't bother to argue last time, but this will account for both times I've been "caught". Does anyone have actual proof of me cheating? This includes admins and Prez. I love how the community can be so quick to judge without any facts, but I guess free speech is for the uneducated too. Suspicion does not equal proof last time I checked and that's all you guys have (unless admins can come up with something concrete).

I'll admit to taking advantage of the system, but this is the same degree of "rule breaking" as giving your friends gb which you are all guilty of. Does this matter? Probably not since I am not in a position of power and the admins can do whatever they want with their game.

Btw Anton and Dboz why you ladies want to take off my high score? Are you jealous that you can't net as well as I did my first netting set? Flame away

Prior to a state being declared a cheater there is always a investigation into it. normally these can last a few days where we sit and watch for certain things to happen to helps us make our final decision. (unless the evidence is very clear or the cheater system bags you itself)

I will not point out how we do things. But i will say we do not just randomly pick people and declare them. Nor do we hold grudges from past mistakes.

As stated in the PM, a state that has been declared a cheater has every right to argue the decision. But please keep it to PM's or MSN.. Making posts about it and trying to discuss things in public will not get you anywhere.

i don't know anything about you but i saw the feeding u did. that's not cheating in and of itself but that put you on my list to make myself pink if my set got messed up. the proof to me that you are cheating is what i put in bold above. people don't make statements like that unless they are cheating. *cough* evil n00b *cough*
