    Default 1st Sanctions Declared!

WLF and TNG have declared sanctions against Prey.

Lets see how this works, it should be interesting to see how it effects the #1 state.

Interesting... certainly limits the targets all 3 nations can hit (hurting Prey the most since now they can't SA 2 whole nations). Interesting indeed.

If they do war they'll be slaughtered based on the numbers against them. Their only chance is diplomacy and quickly at that otherwise their top states will suffer.
War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things.
The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature, and has no chance of being free unless made or kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

So I think it would be really funny if more nations declared sanctions.

How to screw small yet successful nation - use sanctions.

Reason for the Sanctions: Infantry hording with out intention to upgrade your states, we can't let it pass. When having top10 states that can be broken by 100k restarts, we can't let is pass. Next to that we also don't like feeders.
Oh, and WLF why don't you declare sanctions to SOUL then? Their TOP state can be broken by 1k restart, so you can't let it pass.

Having 1 state which does that is not a really big problem, having 90% of the states doing that is.

    WLF's Territory
    To many to count x [WLF] - 1 x [www] - 2 x [SLOB] - 1 x [PAIN] - 1 x [UB] - 1 x [NS] - 1 x [SF] - 5 x [USA]
