How to play balanced eh? More like compensating the lack of good netting skill. And a balanced state can make you feel more safe but the truth is that you only need mass ships and then mass jets to kill of that state.

Then again your not balanced and can be easily killed by GA's as patriot Pino found out last set the number 1 guy could have been killed/maimed by someone less than half his size with a balanced state.

The new Sanction feature seems to be doing what it was intended to do..
Adding a whole new diplomatic element to the game. So now PREY needs to either war to get out of these, or sit down at the diplomatic table and make some deals..
I really love this new feature... Just makes me miss leading even more

It does make it interesting. It would be fun to see it if Prey had top 2 states and WLF or TNG were right below them. Because there are loopholes in the Sanctions system that could really screw someone over
