Yeah they were doing something wrong If when i kill a Prey state ant the break is 10k jets without aaing and the state was in the top 20 said state was INF hoarding which i dissaprove of hence why i sanctions Days later some improvment but most states besides margus's had VERY LOW ships and jets. so they were doing something wrong.

and besides at the rate they were going they were gonna finish above TNG in my nations eyes theres something wrong with that. we solved the problem
