yes, we made a declaration that eliminated both nations from hitting each other.. the exact opposite of war...
and bright, i saw like 4-5 wlf members who had 300 turns, out of those, all but one have been actually losing turns the past day or two, idk what they are doing, but any state that could be a threat to any1 had <150
