Recruitment topics ingame

Hello all,

since i'm not setting up a ingame recruitment message i noticed that none of you even take the liberty to place one.

For example: if I was a new player and I would see the current recruitment topics. I would go like, who should i join.....

If I would post a message it would include much more information about the nation, plans and what's supported. Or even if there is room for a new player.

Anyway this is just an observation.
