Israels war on Hamas
Israel has been waging war on Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Haven't seen any threads on it in here which I found odd so I'll start one. What do you guys think of this war? Just or unjust? Like to hear your feelings on the matter, including the protest around the world.

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things.
The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature, and has no chance of being free unless made or kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

Unjust. The only reason Hamas was firing rockets at Israel was due to the crippling blockade imposed on the Gaza strip. Hope they get a good hiding off of Hamas.

Ah, but Israel wiping out Palestinians = angers whole muslim world which declares on Israel and you have even worse problemcuz isreal is bigger and better equiped and they got more people. the least lose would be destroying Hamas.

Muslim world can`t anger much. Esp knowing what Isreal did to them when the first 'angered' at Isreal. Also the US have bases not far from there and Turkey is not far from there. Also most of the sarrounding countries are in turmoil themselves fighting with inside corruption and unrest.
