sorry i was pushed for time and figured seeing you all are the smartest people i know, you would handle it yourself. but if you need help figuring it out take your salary and divide it by 365. That is the amount of days we have in a year in case you didn't know..

make personal groups for memebers with multiple roles :-p

.. setting up user groups is a lot of work. There are many things that need to be set up for each. Also, another reason why it's not possible is there is no way to seperate groups. So if Mahdi was in this group and so were you, then mahdi would have a choice to select the mod group.

Trust me, i have thought about it alot and there just is not a way to do it like that.

Perhaps at the end of the year i will look at all the people who do more then one job and give them a bonus for the extra work they have done.
