The LD on 198 was not an authorized LoR action, the state that committed these actions has self deleted, as he would of had to face consequences of his actions.

This state deleted before chance for us to kill it.

well 198 wasnt in a nation, and with a name like WMD for hire, he probably deserved being LD'd.. i dont even know if he was active

its an inactive NS state i think? plus he land dropped Artos + James (i think thats his name? the GRIM guy?)

He's not from NS. I just checked all the states that have been in NS since its creation and I don't see that name anywhere.....although the name sounds familiar
