I had to raise the % cause people could take out a loan, and then put it in savings and make money off the loan. The interest rate in savings was higher then the loan interest rate. Even if they withdrew early and got the 2% fee.
Interest rate is 6% if they withdraw early thats 2% more added. So in order to beat that we would need to have at least a 9% payment fee. I went with 10 cause it was a nice round number..
