I would never accuse the USSR of having weapons of mass destruction. You have to be smart enough to either build them or acquire them and you my friend are neither.

I too would rather not see a war.. Sadly your leader doesn't seem to feel the same way. I would also rather not go to war against many I know very well and respect and would hate to see anything negative happen to their states, but again, your leader seems to feel differently.
