It is very weird that you got it twice.. It's a large random chance that you even get that one, let alone twice.

I'm not sure why it error out though.. If someone gets this random event again please let me know. Even if it doesn't error out please let me know.

but acctually mr. pres random is random, so it would actually be more suspecius if it did not happen that somebody got 2 every now and again

I got it too yesterday. And it was accompanied with error, so production wasn't set to 0 and everything remained the same.

yep, random is random.
we do 'random" drug testing where i work.
I have yet to be called in on ths position in 5 years.
One of my techs tho has been called in 3 times in 2 years.

and NO, i didn't abuse my power to have him "randomly" selected just to mess with him.

Btw I just got that epidemic disease event and 5 turns later got it again.

I have checked all the settings and all is fine. I personally haven't received any random this set at all. I will be setting up a log so I can keep track of randoms that are given.
