The best advice I could give you is to find a nation who will help you develop and listen to them, somethings they say may seem a bit odd but I can assure you will be to help you. Such as running a pure strat: only bulding one sort of building, (two if you use commercial), might not seem obvious at first but it pays dividends in the end
