Sadly it has come to this. I wanted to avoid an all out war between our nations and there is still time. Simply follow our request and remove the states we spoke about.

If you do not, we will take them ourselves and all out war will take place. I urge you to make a smart choice in this matter.

To bad it's come down to this... Our nations have worked hard at keeping the peace. But we have our morals and we don't allow terrorists states to destroy and walk away without a scratch. You chose to harbor them, that's your choice.

harbor terrorists? it was your extremely harsh retaliation that caused us to carry the retaliation over to next month. you created this situation.
