unless you have an iron-clad deal with them stating that attacks shall no longer occur / have them surrender you can count on them to continue making restarts and warring you back with what they can. An annoying enemy especially towards the end of the set where youd rather they just bugger off
not taking anything away from them, worthy opponents!

im guessing thats how it works, just thought the 3mill spy state was the only one Sky had and it just did loads of attacks and a few got through. still not enough to do the sort of damage it did...
