yea calvin is confusing like that but what he's suggesting is improving what cashers normally make per turn, but at the same time reduce the bonus they receive when using the "cash turns" feature. which currently adds a 75% bonus to income.
currently, indy's produce more than cashers per turn normally, but cashers produce more than indy's when they "cash turns". calvin is suggesting tweaking these numbers a little bit.
