Step 1) Start with Blood
Step 2) Add death, mix well.
Step 3) Add name of an organization
Step 4) Assume that the nation tag will be DKO regardless of how little sense it may make in comparison to the nation name.
As for strategy? Plan on him declaring war on a nation and never making a single attack on said nation. Oops have I been to harsh?
