Have you considered joining a larger nation so you can learn how to play?
It looks like your military composition is a little skewed so you lose way more land than you should and so you attract more attacks.
Also, no bypassing the language filter please

Yeah, you're losing too much land because you have too many jets, spies or bombers.
If you want, you can join LoR for a round to make sure you have the basics down and then strike out on your own.
