Dureing war EURO will consider any attacks or ops on its members (this includes SOMS, SA and any other op aimed at us by others than ICN a hostile act. Offenders will be registered and dealt with post war until we are satisfied with the retribution. Make no mistake, we do not care if we need to do multiple restarts to get to them, but they will be hunted and caught.

Then have your players NOT SA other nations. Any USA member who is SA'd by EUro will have my full permission to do an SA against a Euro state in order to get their land back. Should Euro wish to make this a war-like offense, they are welcome to test the mettle of USA.

You can't have that kind of stock with that state alone. Maybe tens of hours of worth market feeding, but still then you wouldn't waste your first 100 turns attacking with 8m bombers or not grabbing top1-2 states without that kind of stock. Also EURO-s tax is 25% and he hasn't left EURO I believe. If this is all legit and no rules were broken then WOW, this is truly impressive. Still this all seems way too weird to be true.
I had a good netting war with Kanman and I'm happy about that. Reminded how good game NW is. I knew war was coming but you still took me by a little surprise so I had a lot of infantry stuck selling at PM (Whole set I was "infantry whoring" because there just wasnt enough ships on the market. Half of what I own (6m) are from BM.) When war started one EURO guy (another state started attacking me, not #646, which is also weird. Why wouldn't you use a breaker with 50m+ bombers ) broke me with a BR so I quickly sold 60m infantry to BM and bought a lot of sams from BM. Then after some defeats on me you guys started warring other states which took a while. (Fun pic . If it's a beginner then I'm sorry for laughing at you: http://i40.tinypic.com/2by98h.png ) Suddently I saw I was losing a lot of land. Bought sams up to ~15m quickly, but I still kept getting attacked. Then I saw the attacker had more NW than the current TOP1 and I just gave up .

Also #646 seemed to get a red turn (food 0 in at least 1 intel while attacking. We kept close eye on you) which doesn't really show that he is a player who could get a stock like that (well it might happen to anyone but you would be more careful if you had an army which you worked so hard for if this is legit). 25% Tax would make it impossible to successfully marketfeed. If many states sold bombers to PM with minimum price for #646 to buy then many states would of lost a lot of NW which I didnt notice.

This seems way too impossible : /

this is in reply to your signature. the member i am speaking about from the hit yesterday, hit me with a quad after a few hours before that a single hit. that is 5 hits in around 24 hours or so. i choose not to retal because I felt the guy may be new and not privy to our "unwritten rules" of no triples. USA will not have their grab policy dictated by another nation. I will ask my members to refrain from grabs, however, should a USA member grab a Euro state for land anything other than a legal hit on any USA members will not be tolerated and dealt with accordingly.

defeat or not, a triple is a triple. still suffer losses...i erred on the quad, misread the name....
