It's necessary for netters not to waste money/turns on upgrading, so we could fight for #1. Even though there is a risk, we think it is not a valid argument to kill. We all agree that when you want to kill us, to gain personal advantage (get land after AAs and go for the 1st spot), it is allowed. But you guys just attack to 'prove your point'. I don't get your point and I will never get it.

Please note that last set you attacked stocking farmers, whose food hadn't even started to sell yet. This set you attacked lor, whose top states had already upgraded. So looking at that picture, I'm pretty sure you don't have a point after all. You play the game to ruin other peoples game, and you don't really care about your own state.
