I must send huge thanks out to bla for his part in making me the new Head of Foreign Affairs in ICN! Without his abilities none of this would have been possible. I don't even want to contemplate what kind of underhanded backroom deals he had to agree to, in order to make me "The Man", but I thank him completely and of course it doesn't reflect my spotless crown. (Yeah, why not a crown, at this point... we gonna make some Big changes, round town)

I must explain the recent actions from a few of our states. It seems that our handbook "To Net is Divine" was not properly passed out or read thoroughly by all the newer members. And quite possibly a bad element has entered the Nation and influenced such predictable netters as Margus and bla. All this can be blamed on that evil Donald D of Disneyland, hiding behind that "new player" mask and forcing Margus to cry about the unblooded innocent new states, while Donald cast an evil spell of obfuscation upon the nation to lead them away from the true calling of NET
