For sure i must have missed this, and im 95% sure that its a lie becaus it was never legal to do this.
Also heyne openly admitted that he performed the spy ops for you.
So you only had to worry about upgrading your ships.
Definatly this must make you the best player in the game, for grabbing me.

This has nothing to do with fair competition, but backstabbing.
For sure this game will loose more players in the months to come, instead of growing.
