Changes for this round:

Nation Joins- Now when you create a nation you will be charged a Nation join.

Message System - This has been completed. When there is more than one recipient on a message you will be able to "Reply to All". You will see the tab next to the normal reply button. You can now also CC someone on a forward.

Will there be any future consideration made for Premium Accounts being able to keep their settings from set to set?

Such as I'd like to keep the classic view with no pics. It's a tiny bit annoying to have to change it back every set.

BTW, thanks for not bringing back donations.
