I can confirm this file is safe, but the big lobby of banks and government convinced sever antivirusses to false postive almost anything bitcoin related. if you pasted the url in the site above you can see 5 out of 51 scanners report this file suspicious. those 5 are not the best 5 scanners (like nod32, avast etc) and this file is safe therefore..

sign-up for an account, then go the the getting started section. I assume you have windows, follow the cgminer for windows download.
this is command line miner (is better, but guiminer was ment for easier explanation, since guiminer is blocked by your antivirus, use the cgminer link instead)
the getting started is quite helpfull i think.
Depending on your graphics card, we might run into problems with that as well, but these are all fixable, Just let me know how far you get this time..
(ps don't forget to set-up a 'worker' after setting up your account

extract to a folder on your Harddisk
Double click guiminer.exe
type in you worker credentials (as found on http://fst.nation-wars.com/index.php...action=workers )
select for quickstart the grahic card presets from guiminer)
click start and start receiving coins!
PS many things might break this quick set-up. It works the best for Windows 7 with AMD/ATI cards.
