NiP will be running Resources and Cashier strategy.

I feel there needs to be more that one nation running resources strategy.
So YOLO if you do not want over flow of market with food/oil/tech...maybe look in to running a second strat.

NiP officially declares that it will not be warring this set.

However, if our members get double hit in top 10, or more than a double hit outside top 10 by a single state per 36hours, then we will hit back. Defeated attacks WILL count.
Aggressive market feeding will also not be tolerated.
Any harmful spy attacks on NiP member will be punished.
Any retal made on NiP members, without previously agreeing it with the Leader will also be classed as aggression towards NiP states.


Imo our rules a very fair, and only reason I am underlining them, is to teach people (USG) not to make 5 hits on a state per 36 hours.

Remember, we are agreeing on peace to help the game, and to have a welcoming set for our September reunion.

with just 2 people theres no point to run more than just this unless others join but we do plan to net as well especially with my inactivity lately

I am going to send 1000 terrorist spies to wreak havoc in all your states. These 1000 spies will be heavily armed, well trained and will blend within your population until it's time to strike. And then they will vanish like the wind.

funny thing is... As I was writing this, I thought of something. I really need to change the spy ops so they work with the new setup

because Skype gives quicker responses than ingame message especially if im on Skype and not the game =P

I think you should go resource and indy because if I have more guys id end up doing casher as well -_-

casher sucks, go construction strat

I don't know how active ill be with both jobs and school so casher is easiest to play besides resource...indy is to hard to do if your not active enough and I hate doing stock indy
