LoR plans to net peacefully, running indy/cash

As per SA rules they stand as standard, harmful spy ops are prohibited. If broken we will seek to contact other leadership to have a dialogue, to see if retail is in order. Excessive sabotaging attacks may lead to immediate retaliation on that state.
