when they finish filling the registration their account is not created and they don't receive an email, this issue is happening to several of my guys so it cannot be an isolated event and no I don't have time for multies

They won't receive an email. Once it's created it will take them to the login page of the game. Once they create a state I will confirm it's an actual account and not a bot. Then they will be able to use the forums. But once they are taken to the game login page, they can login and play. They don't have to wait for confirmation for that. Only to use the forums.
